The Westfield Youth Assistance Program is a recognized 501(c)(3) not for profit organization and public charity. All donations and contributions are tax deductible to the extent permitted by law. Each donor and company will receive a donation receipt for all cash donations.

Gift-In-Kind
A gift-in-kind refers to a non-monetary donation of goods, services, or expertise, rather than traditional financial contributions. These contributions can include tangible items like products, equipment, or supplies, as well as intangible assets such as professional services or volunteer hours. Gift-in-kind donations play a crucial role in supporting our organization and provide valuable resources beyond monetary means. A gift-in-kind will be acknowledged at the time of the gift with a gift-in-kind acknowledgement.
