Giving Tuesday is a global generosity movement unleashing the power of people and organizations to transform their communities and the world. It is always held on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving in the United States and is a reminder during the holiday season that you can make a difference in your community. Every act of generosity counts and everyone has something to give, even if that is making someone else smile.

WYAP participates in this “day of giving” campaign, only we have made our campaign last an entire month rather than just one day, so we can really emphasize the power of our community. Donations made to the Giving Tuesday campaign go towards supporting our services. Your donation can provide a youth with a mental health session, enable a youth to enroll in tutoring sessions, or allow a youth to have a life-changing summer camp experience. Every donation matters, and every dollar can make a difference in the future of a Westfield youth.

In 2024, Giving Tuesday will be held on Tuesday, December 3rd. Our goal is to raise $20,000 for WYAP. This year, we have two matching donors , who combined are matching up to $10,000! This means that your donation will go even further, and your impact will be doubled. We hope you will join us in making a difference in Westfield this holiday season.
